Always look through a potential Upline Leader's social media accounts.
Eg, Facebook, About.Me, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram and Linkedin etc.
What do they value the most? Is it cars, mansions and shopping trips;
or is there a healthy balance of lifestyle, family, spirituality and making
a difference in the world.
Also, look at their spouses social media as well. That can be VERY
revealing, in some case even more so.
Use Google! Google them and their spouse. Check to see if there are

Never, EVER, work with an Upline Leader(s) that has taken a special
deal to get into the MLM.
Why is this so important to you?
Because, as soon as the next deal comes along they're OUT, and many
of your team will move to the next company with that Upline, because
they're the "expert." Say goodbye to your check!
Special deals are unethical and not duplicateable. If an Upline Leader is
so great, then they should be able to build like everyone else.
Special Deals are for WIMPS and not LEADERS!
Would you want to hang out poolside with this person on a Sunday afternoon?
Are they strong and kind?
Are they head centered and heart centered?
4) STAGE OF GROWTH
Is your Upline Leader(s) in building mode, sustained mode, or retired mode.
5) RAVE REVIEWS
Are there LOTS and LOTS of great written and video testimonials from
Outstanding leaders are always praised and edified publicly by their team.
6) $100,000 EARNER
There is an Upline Leader(s) who has made over $100,000 a month
consecutively, for 3 years, or more.
Also, over 80% of your distributor base will be WOMEN. It's wisest to have
a powerful woman as one of your Upline Leaders.
What are the expectations, boundaries and goals of your Upline
How often are they available for you, if at all?
This is especially important when selecting a sponsor. How often
will you have one-on-one time? Or, is everything done in a group
setting, and if so, is that okay with you?
Does your Upline Leader(s) have great systems in place so you are
prepared, empowered and independent?
8) PRODUCT MODEL
Is the potential Upline Leader(s) an exemplary representation of the
image, branding, and results of the product?

Team culture is classy, ethical, FUN, and supportive, shinning bright

When an outsider looks in, do they want to join the MLM partly because
the MLM is awesome, and partly because of the ROCKIN' team vibe.
Is there a catchy, fun, alive team name?
Is there a great team website?
Outside of corporate events, there are out-of-this-world-spectacular
events that are hosted by the Upline Leader(s).
Are there events like webinars, conventions, contests, incentives, travel,
and humanitarian efforts that create global transformation.
Events are EVERYTHING to igniting, sustaining, and growing momentum.
Without events your team will lose loyalty, connection, and unity. Once
these are lost, so is your team.
Upline Leader(s) has creative online strategies to capture 10 - 30 highly
qualified leads per day, and is willing to teach their entire team.
13) RECRUITING SYSTEMS
Upline Leader(s) has successful understanding of combining MLM with
internet marketing, and has created proven High Converting Sales
(HCSF), that convert at 3% or higher.
Upline Leader(s) has the BEST training programs for building strong,
